Food Service Manager - Full-time / Part-time

The Food Service Manager is responsible for the Fresh Food and Food Service category in their assigned Roadrunner Market Convenience Store. Overall responsibilities include maintaining profitability of all food service offerings available at your location. This includes demonstrating exceptional customer service, ensuring overall food safety, and training all other employees on the importance and sensitivity of the food service area. The Food Service Manager must maintain a food service area and equipment that is clean and orderly at all times.
With variability of customer traffic and overall food service requirements, the Food Service Manager must be fully trained and may be required to perform the functions of the Sales Associate or Assistant Manager position. The degree to which these duties will be a routine part of the Food Service Manger's job activities will be dependent upon customer flow and other responsibilities as assigned by the Store Manager.
