The primary function of a Cafe Associate is to assure that all food is prepared according to company safety and quality standards and that customer transactions are professionally and efficiently handled.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.1 Customer Service
1.1.1 Keep the customer first in all aspects of the job; be courteous and polite at all times
1.1.2 Greet all customers
1.1.3 Assist customers while shopping; be knowledgeable of products and store layout and helpful throughout the store
1.1.4 Suggestively sell additional products/services
1.1.5 Thank all customers
1.1.6 Handle customer complaints in a professional manner

1.2 Communication & Teamwork
1.2.1 Be friendly, honest & dependable

1.5 Safety & Security
1.5.1 Adhere to all safety rules and/or precautions.
