Shift Leaders keep the daily operations of our organization flowing smoothly. The Shift Leader is much like a manager . The Shift Leader reports to the General Manager and Manager and acts as a front-line extension of the managers' authority. A Shift Leader is responsible for ensuring that Associates are present and the work is completed on time. The Shift Leader provides support, & direction to the restaurant team. Shift Leaders do not establish policy but are expected offer feedback on policies and procedures to improve stakeholder satisfaction
