Insurance Reimbursement Specialist
Revenue Cycle is responsible for contacting the insurance carrier specific to their assigned account queue and following up on the underpaid claims, to result in payment on the account.  The (IRS) Specialist will review account specifics to evaluate how to follow-up with the Insurance payer on the aged or delayed Claims, and be responsible for contacting them by phone to move the account forward in the payment process.
Regional Patient Access Director
Oversees the Patient Access Directors for multiple client locations. The Director assists in the training of onsite leadership, providing direction on process improvement and overseeing the implementation of root cause solutions. Other responsibilities include reporting on the progress of department developments, representing the registration function during leadership updates, identifying inefficiencies and developing solutions to the address the obstacles discovered and reviewing the work performed at the hospital level. The System Director position will require rotating travel between the client facilities.
Revenue Cycle Associate
Will contribute work hands-on work within multiple revenue cycle functions, data gathering, organizing ideas into actionable tasks, structuring documents and electronic data, financial modeling, performing both qualitative and quantitative analyses, identifying trends, and compiling and implementing effective solutions. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of experience required.
Nurse Audit
Must possess RN and or BSN that has comprehensive understanding of medical terminology, hospital inpatient and/or outpatient coding, charge capture, CDM, case management experience and medical records. The candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and professional and would, ideally, possess CPC certification and other coding credentials/clinical expertise.  The ideal candidate for this position can approach problem-solving challenges independently, has strong attention to detail and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative and team-based environment.
