Job Summary: Answer incoming calls and provide guests with required information or assistance. Operator will talk with guests to understand their needs and resolves guest concerns. Additionally, correspondence to guest inquiries regarding current / ongoing Season Pass or Membership accounts with Six Flags New England. This position is accountable for delivering a superior guest experience while enforcing all park policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answers incoming calls in a polite and timely manner
- Maintains an up-to-date knowledge of Six Flags Season Pass & Membership programs, and any other park specific programs as necessary
- Actively searches for information requested by guests, utilizing external resources
- Completes varied clerical tasks as assigned by operations management
- Maintains positive working relationship with Guest Relations team members
- Aid in responding to all forms of Guest Correspondence through Fresh Desk, Guest Service Recovery, and written inquires.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have good analytical problem solving skills
- For safety purposes, the individual must be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
- Proficient computer skills and/or experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Must have a positive attitude, superior phone etiquette skills and have a clear, pleasant, speaking voice
- Ability to complete tasks with independently
- Can handle multiple tasks at one time with efficient use of time and work under pressure
