About this job

Your job as Assistant General Manager - Shelf Stocking/RSHA will involve driving company programs to ensure maximum efficiency in the stocking and RSHA Functions of our operations.
This will include :
Case counts for individual stockers
Rotation programs
Shelf Cleaning programs
Managing QC and other programs to reduce CDR exposure.
Ensuring that all Facilities under our Umbrella (Crescent, LCJV, Crescent Methods, Casillas LLC) are following through on processes and procedures as required.
Documenting and organizing these processes so they are easily accessible on the company server.
Assisting in training PMs, APMs, and Supervisors as needed.
Assisting with Custodial, Human Resources, Administrative and Executive items as needed.
And any tasks/duties needed to ensure operations are maintained at an acceptable level throughout the company.
