Entry Level Logistics Customer Service - College Degree Required

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide impeccable customer service
• Keeping in contact with vendors and overseas agents
• Tracking and tracing shipments
• General administrative duties
• Constant communication with customer and carriers to ensure quality service
• Manage daily operations to ensure the execution of pickup and delivery
• Other duties as needed

Requirements:

• College Degree equivalent to a Bachelor's
• Entry Level position: We consider candidates with 0-4 years of experience
• Ability to handle multiple functions, priorities and solve problems – This environment is fast-paced
• Solid work ethic and dedication to providing superior customer service
• Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
• Proficient with MS Office Suite

Hours:

Must have the ability to work a Saturday OR Sunday every week

Hours are: 10am – 6pm, 6pm – 2am or 1am – 9am

Salary:

$35,000 - $45,000 contingent upon prior experience + excellent benefits
