In-Store Bank Branch Manager - Full-time

1st National Bank is looking to hire a Branch Manager for one of our In-Store Wal-Mart Branches .  Qualified candidates must have 2+ years of banking experience.  The person should also have previous management experience as well.  This is a salaried position within a retail environment.  The branch is open 7 days a week (Mon-Fri 10-7, Sat and Sun 10-5), so manager must be willing and able to work these hours. This is the perfect position for a current Head Teller or Assistant Manager looking to become a Branch Manager and grow within a great company.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales goals on a consistent basis.
• Provide outstanding customer service to all current and prospective customers, as well as co-workers.
• Must have existing bank knowledge and experience in the banking industry.
• Outgoing and friendly by nature.
• Independent and Intelligent thinker.  And able to make well thought out decisions/exceptions.
• A team player who is willing to wear many hats (run a drawer, daily operations, etc.)
• A good listener and leader.
• Self-starter, with confidence to network at various functions (Chamber meetings, Rotary, etc.)
• Ability to build confidence and relationships with people and businesses to grow the branch.
• Ability to set goals for yourself and others.  And the ability to achieve goals that are set.
• Be back up to the assistant and perform operational duties with ease.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to interact productively with co-workers across department lines.
• Ability to handle customer service issues professionally.
• Have a strong focus on attention to detail.
• Exceptional sales skills and ability to coach staff to have same standards
