Fundraising Field Account Service Representative - Part-time

Hansen Foods is a well-recognized private label pizza manufacturer and fundraising services company located in Green Bay, WI.  Our Fundraising Field Account Service Representative must be a dynamic, high-energy person with the ability to flourish in a fast paced environment. This person will be a member of our fundraising growth team in a customer service support role. The person will report to the Director of Fundraising Sales.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist on-site with sale kick offs, open houses, "back-to-school" orientations, and other promotional events when needed
• Provide support and assistance with product sampling, setting up and taking down displays at account locations, conferences, conventions, etc.
• Provide on-site support assistance during product deliveries, picking up order forms, delivering sales materials, etc. when needed
• Assist with sale material preparation, incentive delivery packaging, organizing/completing service and account acquisition materials and mailings when needed

Secondary Responsibilities

• Complete mailings, account support paperwork, etc. as needed.
• Attend periodic Hansen Team Meetings/ functions to continue to gain/ share experience

Preferred Education or Experience

• 1-3 years' experience in field customer service or fundraising related service field

Compensation

• Hourly Pay Rate, $8-12
• Bonus paid on personal and company performance

Miscellaneous

• Local travel/vehicle required, with eligible mileage paid
• Weekly hours vary based on fundraising cycle, 0-40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays, 7am -8pm
