Team Member / Cashier - Full-time / Part-time

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Team Member / Cashier.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Creamistry is coming to Arizona!  We are a made-to-order liquid nitrogen ice cream shop that is looking for team members who are passionate about providing gracious hospitality, oh and love ice cream too! Our Creamologists will be responsible for upholding the high standards of the company and its reputation.

Scope of Responsibilities

• Exemplify excellent guest service
• Be a team player
• Basic understanding of computer skills in order to operate a point of sale system
• Effective management of all cash handling and credit card processing
• Maintenance and sanitation

Requirements, Specific Knowledge, Duties & Skills

• 6 months' customer service or guest service experience preferred
• Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive
• Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed
• Continuous use of hands and arms
• Continuous bending, reaching and twisting
• Ability to work all shifts including nights and weekends
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Knowledge of POS systems
• Prepare, package, serve ice cream, milkshakes, baked goods
• Clean and maintain healthy and safe store environment
• Knowledgeable about all products/menu (descriptions and codes)
