About this Opportunity

• Lead a safe and secure environment focused on incident prevention; and incident response through team member training and best practice utilization
• Drive theft and fraud prevention through guest service and company-program execution
• Lead store team in theft and fraud initiatives to reduce shortage at the store level
• Support a shortage-awareness culture every day by influencing the store leadership team to develop and own the store’s Shortage Action Plan
• Understand how operational shortage impacts profitability; utilize tools, reporting and best practices to identify concerns in partnership with store leadership
• Follow company procedures related to AP best practices, AP directives and handling confidential information
• Lead store team members to support the Assets Protection mission through team member interactions and recognition programs

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Courageous, strong drive for action and speed, excels in a fast-paced environment; uses a high level of leadership to get the job done; demonstrates accountability and courage
• Ability to motivate and inspire others, challenges team members to ensure that every team member contributes; communicates effectively, maximizing relationships, building trust and managing performance
• Prioritizes tasks and responsibilities; focuses on the things that are most important, ensures that best practices are followed, engages in creative thinking and gets things done
• Delivers great results, provides a superior Target brand experience for guests and team members
• Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to delegate responsibility effectively and provide clear oral directions to others
• Proven ability to work with highly confidential information
• Team player attitude
• Demonstrated ability of basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Intranet systems, CCTV systems, etc.)
