Our Sous Chef is responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in leading a team of Culinary Professionals that deliver high-quality, great tasting food. Inspire and motivate daily excellence in Culinary Operations. Ensure Proper food safety and sanitation procedures are met. Utilize experience and talent to help restaurant reach their financial goals through skilled management in the categories of labor, food cost and ordering. The Sous Chef contributes to building top line sales and guest count through the delivery of a competitively superior Team Member and Guest experience. Additionally, the Sous Chef supports managing quality in all aspects of their job.

Job Requirements
* Passion for people, Hospitality, Culinary & Beverage excellence, and having fun
* Proven success as a Sous Chef in a high- volume upscale or casual restaurant with a scratch kitchen
