Staffmark currently has four openings that are temp to hire positions to fill the role of Machine Operator in Goshen, IN.
Responsibilites include but not limited to:
Learn all aspects of the production procedure
Learn all steps to move to level 1 operator within 90 days
Assist others when needed
Develop and convey a Quality First attitude (doing it right the first time, every time), and an attitude of cooperation and teamwork.
Will learn to scan bins to and from packing
Develop a basic understanding of Flat pack operations
Load scrap trailer
The ideal candidate will have experience with manufacturing quality, controls and Instrumentation, equipment maintenance, reading tape measures, manufacturing methods and procedures, and qualify.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience.
