Automotive Service Technician

Automotive Technician Job Requirements:

• Performing Oil Changes & Quick Lubes in an efficient manner
• Efficiently and accurately perform quality repair work in accordance with company and factory standards.
• Able to diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, steering, brakes, suspension, transmission, and air conditioning
• Providing an estimate of any additional repairs needed
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and willing to learn
• Valid driver's license with good driving history
• Road-test vehicle to ensure quality repair work was completed.
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements (include but are not limited to):

• Previous experience as an automotive technician.
• Automotive technical or trade school degree is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver license and a good driving record.
• National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification(s) or certification(s) in different specialized areas such as: brakes, electrical/electronic systems or engine performance preferred is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills are a plus.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Must have own tools.
