Key Responsibilities:
Establish systems to ensure that preventative maintenance is 100% on-time and effectively for all manufacturing tools and equipment, including robots and other automated and semi-automated manufacturing systems.
Investigate and implement counter measures to prevent repetitive breakdowns.
Checking machinery and doing preventative maintenance.
Supervise 2 mechanics and their workload.
Skills Required:
Data entry and purchasing
Forklift experience required
Must know Microsoft Suite - reporting
Must have Electrical knowledge
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Number Supervised:
2 or more
Experience Required:
5 - 8 years preferred
Welding and Overhead crane experience is a must
Have batch plant experience
Electrical, Fabrication, Gantry, Sandblasting experience
Building Maintenance equipment experience
Forklift experience
Additional Requirements:
Must have full set roll away tools (Snap on / Matco tools) No Harbor Freight tools
Bilingual is a plus
Clean DMV record -must provide report
Education Requirements:
High School or GED
