WHAT: All Web Leads has a fast paced call center environment. We match consumer requests for insurance quotes with the agents who can offer the lowest prices - and it's all done in real time!
Good to know: This is not a contract position, you will be a part-time employee.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in inbound/outbound calls, ask qualifying questions, encourage a talk with an agent
- Engage in follow up calls, inquire about the experience, ensure needs were met
- Communicate with management on a regular basis - 2-way feedback & coaching opportunities
WHERE: In the comfort and privacy of your own home! Yes, after a 4 day paid training class, you will be working from home - or anywhere else that has high-speed internet and no background noise! You will be required to attend a monthly Webinar meeting to contribute ideas on how we can improve. We also have regular team outings so you can get to know your coworkers in person.
WHEN: Our call center is operational Monday - Friday 7am to 9pm and we can include some weekend hours if that is your preference. YOU pick the availability that works for you! This is a part-time position to start that offers up to 29.5 hours per week with full-time potential downstream - starting at $11 per hour and can go as high as $18 per hour, based on performance.
