Table Fresh™ is located at 6930 S Choctaw Drive, Baton Rouge, LA, and is currently seeking qualified candidates for the Office Assistant position.
Overview
The Office Assistant is responsible for performing duties for the Operations and Office Managers. APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SATURDAYS. The duties for this position will be split between the warehouse and office. The ideal candidate has experience and is comfortable working in both environments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities **Other duties may be assigned.
1. Create daily delivery driver routes
2. Manage warehouse inventory
3. Create inventory orders for vendors
4. Verify, print, and post invoices.
5. Route customer calls and process orders
6. Prepare correspondence, reports, and other material as requested.
7. Enter data and perform basic bookkeeping.
8. Perform document management functions, such as scanning and filing.
9. Participates in departmental meetings.
10. Perform special projects as required for the efficient operation of the office and warehouse.
