Bilingual Collectors Needed!!!

The CMI Group is currently looking to add a few great BILINGUAL COLLECTORS to our team! Are you money motivated and able to close the deal? If so we are looking for YOU!

Full Time Positions: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm with one late night of 12pm-9pm and one Saturday a month of 9am-1pm. Training class starts soon! Compensation is $13.50/hr plus bonus. MUST BE BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH)


Requirements:

• At least 1 year collections, telemarketing, or call center customer service experience in a fast paced environment
• Some college preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer skills with the ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
• Effective organization skills and attention to detail and ability to focus
• Money motivated and goal driven
• Ability to negotiate, close the deal, and secure payment
   

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers by telephone to attempt to collect on severely past due accounts
• Offer excellent customer service, with an upbeat and personable approach, while staying focused on the goal
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Negotiate payments through collection efforts
