Manager - Full-time

Experienced Manager needed ASAP for quick service restaurant.
The Managers are responsible for ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction through effective training of staff, maintaining a positive and committed "Do Whatever It Takes" attitude, and displaying a hands-on, lead by example management style. Responsible for scheduling, labor cost control, compliance with service standards, and meeting or exceeding specified performance expectations.
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 year of food service management. Ideal candidates should have an upbeat and energetic personality and possess skills to motivate and develop staff as well as interact with customers. 
Applicant requirements:
*2 years restaurant management experience. 
*Possess excellent communication and people skills 
*Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dedicated. 

Duties:
*Responsible for the daily operations of restaurant
*Resolve customer complaints.
*Ability to hire, train, supervise and lead staff.
*Manage staff to exceed sales goals.
*Maintain budget, employee records and schedule staff. 
*Total receipts and balance against sales/inventory.
*Monitor quality of goods.
*Monitor ordering and inventory control
