About this job

We have long term Customer Service Representative positions available in Asheville NC!
The Customer Service Representatives will take inbound customer calls, resolve any issues and/or questions the customer might have. The Customer Service Representatives may also have some data entry responsibilities.
**Split Days Off, schedules can be 11-8pm, 1-10pm - Training will be 9am-6pm. Some flexibility in the hours.
(Training classes start August 1st!!)
** Salary $11.75 hr.

Requirements

* HS Diploma or GED * Proficient w/MS Office programs * Data entry experience * Customer Service Exp. (retail, banking, etc.) * Call Center experience helpful
