Responsibilities:

The Real Estate Manager will be responsible to manage real estate for new and existing stores and other real estate initiatives for a defined geographic region. He or she will execute corporate real estate strategy, which includes market and field research, site selection, scheduling and managing finance, construction and legal process required for lease approvals. The manager will support Store Operations for real estate and shopping center improvements including waiver, signage and other related items. He or she will be responsible to negotiate transactions, package deals for presentation to real estate committee, and manage disposition of excess/idle properties.

Qualifications:

Four to Seven years experience &/or Training in Negotiating and financial analysis

Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
Flexibility to adapt to change and multi-tasking
People management /supervisory skills.
Ability to meet many simultaneous demands for important decisions/actions and face confrontations or other difficult situations and demands for results.
