About this job
Seeking a customer service representative whose experience includes, but is not limited to knowledge obtained within the printing industry. This position requires regular customer contact, 90% by telephone and email, as well as substantial contact with product and design personnel. Printing experience is a major plus. Looking for someone with a printing background (this position relates specifically to commercial printing, but experience in digital printing, mail, distribution, screen printing, or design are pluses, as well).
