Our Bulk Distribution department is seeking a Warehose Manager to join the team in Denver. 

  • Ability to manage all personnel decisions (hiring, performance appraisals, terminations, etc.) in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of peers or employees of organization.

  • Intermediate computer expertise, including use of database, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications. Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to work in a standard office and warehouse environment

The Warehouse Manager manages, leads, and coordinates warehouse staff to deliver extraordinary results. Functional responsibilities may include, but are not limited to receiving, packing, cycle counting, and shipping DISH inventory to support organizational goals and objectives. Safety compliance, quality awareness, process efficiency, and employee satisfaction are key performance metrics. Duties are accomplished personally or through subordinate supervisory staff.

  • Works effectively with internal and external customers to identify needs, meet or exceed expectations, and implement change as necessary to be # 1 in customer satisfaction

  • Ensures clear and consistent administration of organizational policies and procedures. Positively represents the organization and supports company decisions
  • Responsible for identifying, hiring, and retaining qualified staff. This includes training, providing feedback, and evaluating employee performance regularly
  • Evaluates, develops, and implements process related procedures to maintain flexibility in the face of changing circumstances
  • Utilizes company resources effectively and is accountable for results. Sets reasonable goals and measures results
