Job Summary:

Responsible for demonstrating thorough knowledge of ingredients while guiding guests through the menu and

ordering process. Work with team members to deliver food and beverage orders quickly and efficiently. Must

be able to provide friendly and attentive service that exceeds guest's expectations to ensure repeat customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage products offered, including each menu item, current promotions and daily specials

• Stock front of house supplies as needed

• Maintain a clean dining room and restrooms throughout shift

• Clearly communicate customer’s special requests, allergies or instructions to kitchen staff

• Check prepared food for quality and accuracy before serving guests

• Clear dishes from table upon guest’s approval

• Box or wrap any leftover items for guests upon request

• Communicate guest complaints to management immediately and assist in resolution where appropriate and directed

• Quickly and accurately transact any and all methods of payment, including but not limited to cash and credit cards

• Bus and set tables as needed

• Adhere to sequence of service guidelines

• Follow sanitation, safety and recycling guidelines

• Work cooperatively with other team members

• Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

ABC license required if/ where applicable

Job Expectations and Qualifications:

• Report to work on time and adhere to timeclock requirements

• Adhere to uniform and attire standards, and present a neat, clean and professional appearance at all times.

• Uphold all Seasons Pizza customer service standards, including prompt, friendly, courteous, personalized, and professional service

• Strong customer service skills; understands and upholds standards related to greeting, serving and interacting with customers and vendors

• Positive attitude at all times

• Friendly and helpful; offers help to customers, team members and community members

• Team-oriented; willing to help any other team member when asked or to assist without being asked

• Understand and uphold safe cash handling and risk guidelines

• Able to use Point of Sale system efficiently and effectively

• Able to utilize phone system efficiently and effectively

• Notify a manager immediately in the event of a workplace injury or incident.
