Basic Function
Responsible for all web based part ordering. Ability to determine warranty vs. non-warranty part request. Directly responsibility for parts room inventory levels. Ensuring that received parts are assigned to service orders. Responsible for conducting and reconciling weekly parts inventories.

Service Center Manager
Primary Responsibilities
- Daily ordering of all parts requested by service technicians
- Proper documentation of all orders on internal service software
- Follow up on all orders to ensure received in a timely manor
- Placing stock orders and maintaining proper stock levels
- Ensures parts are received, tagged and software system updated
- Conducts weekly physical inventories and reconciles variances
- Maintains part order files
- Fulfills store lamp requests
- Communicates back orders with Service Center Manager
- Maintains organized and clean work area with proper stockroom location identification
Position Requires
Basic knowledge of home electronic and appliance parts
Good written and verbal communications skills
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, web based applications and Excel
Ability to perform repetitive lifting
Excellent telephone and email etiquette
Ability to multi task and make stock level decisions
