Call Center Representative ($12-13 per hour) - Full-time / Part-time

Specifics:

Location: Urbandale, IA

Days: Monday-Friday

• Overtime with be required on Mondays when call volume is high

Hours: AM-PM (8 hour shift between this time-frame)

Pay: $12-13 per hour

Description:

• The hiring manager is looking for candidates that are familiar with call center's and fast paced environments - you may take 80-100 calls per day

• Candidates will be working in a call center environment working within a Medicare department and speaking with Medicare customers

• These customers will be calling in throughout the open enrollment period and will be trying to apply for benefits

• This Call Center/Tier 1 position is responsible for providing general HR assistance and issue resolution for inquiries.

• They will communicate with impact, apply critical thinking and drive to provide world class service within a fast paced, team-orientated environment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Customer service experience

Nice to Have:

• Call center experience
• knowledge of payroll, billing, and general HR policies
• Candidates that are comfortable working on dual screens and multiple data bases
