SHIFT MANAGER

We are looking a person capable of work as a team, enthusiastic, friendly, responsible, reliable and with great spirit to join our team. Here at Tropical Smoothie Café we are all about health and great customer service. You will be required to:-Interacts with customers in a friendly and great manner.-You will be train in the smoothie bar area.-You will be train in food prep area.-You will receive training in the register.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Restaurant: 2 year need to have prior experience on a similar position.Legally able to work within the State and Federal guidelines. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS· Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.· Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash.· Constant face-to-face interactions with team members and customers.· Safely navigate in a fast-paced café environment.· Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions. WORKING CONDITIONS· Most be available both weekdays and weekends.
The activities that will be perform are the following-Supervise the staff in the store.-Responsible for making the schedule-Hire, train and fire employees for the store-Ordering supplies from vendors-Making sure all is clean and taking care of at the store-Comunicate with the owner and send all the reports needed-Solve any situation or problem that could happen at the store
