-Availability to work 7:30-4:30, following the schools calendar (180 days)
-Successful childcare experience
-Knowledge of how children learn and their developmental milestones
-Provide the boys with love and care throughout the day
-Be able to change diapers and get children dressed
-Be able to feed the boys breakfast, lunch, and a snack and clean up after them too
-Put boys down for their afternoon nap
-Have daily communication with parents on how the boys are doing during the day.
