A successful candidate will have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; and four plus years of management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years experience in Digital marketing or Mobile Marketing
  • Ability to think strategically about both customer and market information
  • Previous management of programmatic campaigns with DMPs and DSPs
  • Direct experience managing online media campaigns and budgets
  • 1 years experience directly managing a team; Ability to travel up to 10%

The Manager, Digital Media is responsible for the day to day strategy, activities, and management of media presence for a single Line of Business (Domestic, Latino, International) at Sling including Display advertising, Pre-Roll Video and Search efforts. He/She will plan, execute and deliver on digital campaigns that will lead to the accomplishment of the groups 2016 objectives and drive planning for 2017. The team requires a digital expert with strong skills in media management, programmatic buying and/or search engine marketing, excellent communication proficiency and the ability to work across and gain buy-in from multiple stakeholders.

 

Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:

  • Manages all digital marketing efforts including SEO, PPC, Display, and Online Video. This position will own the day to day communication agency partners and be responsible for driving improvements and innovation across all tactics
  • Acts as a subject matter expert on all things Digital and ensure both the organization and internal partners understand the effects of changes in the marketplace
  • Creates and executes campaigns under tight timeframes and manages budgets for Digital team
  • Partner across the marketing organization to ensure holistic campaigns that together deliver significant market share shift
  • Develops and analyze key marketing data and use it to drive actionable efforts across Digital tactics
