Job Summary

  • Manages all activities related to operations of the department or office.

General Accountabilities

 

  • Ensures production standards of a minimum of 95% completion are met.
  • Ensures all established costs, quality, and production commitments are met.
  • Performs administrative activities associated with the effective management of operations including hiring, discipline and termination of all staff related to office and/or department.
  • Coordinates activities with all other functions of the organization and suppliers to obtain optimum mproduction and utilization of human resources, subcontractors and equipment.
  • Determines responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectives.
  • Trains and oversees additional training to ensure all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company, safety, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Meets all sales activity standards.
  • Handles all customer service issues.
  • Ensures Accounts Receivable stays within the range standards.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Job Qualifications

  • Preferred Experience: 3 years or equivalent combination of education and experience.
