Job Summary
- Manages all activities related to operations of the department or office.
General Accountabilities
- Ensures production standards of a minimum of 95% completion are met.
- Ensures all established costs, quality, and production commitments are met.
- Performs administrative activities associated with the effective management of operations including hiring, discipline and termination of all staff related to office and/or department.
- Coordinates activities with all other functions of the organization and suppliers to obtain optimum mproduction and utilization of human resources, subcontractors and equipment.
- Determines responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectives.
- Trains and oversees additional training to ensure all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company, safety, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Meets all sales activity standards.
- Handles all customer service issues.
- Ensures Accounts Receivable stays within the range standards.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
- The Company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
Job Qualifications
- Preferred Experience: 3 years or equivalent combination of education and experience.
