Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Handyman / Maintenance Technician for an apartment complex in Tampa area.
Handyman / Maintenance Technician Job Summary:
Ability to work with power tools and have general construction knowledge including framing, drywall & tile (preferably Jack of all trades)
Handyman / Maintenance Technician Job Duties:
- Drywall, tile, framing, electrical installations
- Turning units, work order, HVAC work
- Refrigeration experience a plus.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned
Handyman / Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- Work quickly and efficiently on own
- Must have HVAC experience
- Problem solver
- Works well with limited supervision, reliable and prompt
Handyman / Maintenance Technician Pay rate $15/hour
