Project Manager

We are a General Contractor that handles a wide variety of projects from hotels, food processing, restaurants, retail/office, and warehouse projects. Currently we are looking to add a Project Manager to our Commercial/Agricultural team.

This person will be responsible for:
Overseeing the projects and the Superintendents who is onsite.
Involved with anywhere from 1-5 projects at one time.
Depending on what phase the project is including:
Reading progress reports and sending to owner (daily)
Coordinate Job site (daily)
(Below duties are occasionally depending on phase)
Assist estimating department with value engineering process
Present information to Owner
Manage project budge
Ensure RFI's are submitted with help from project team
Participate in pre-punch walk through
Nurture customer relationship and ensure satisfaction
Develop buyout of all subs and purchase orders with assistance of team
Develop site logistics plan
Define roles and responsibilities of team
lead kick-off meeting

Scheduling
Work with accounting to approve job cost accounting
Owner Invoicing
Collections

closing out documents
