About this job
We are currently looking for a 1st shift Maintenance Lead for our facility in Elkhart, IN. Below are the responisbilities for the position:
-Create a new Preventative Maintenance plan/system
-Evaluate what the current inventory is and what it needs in terms of parts
-Troubleshoot the PLC (they use Allen Bradley and Siemens) troubleshoot to them means look at the inputs/outputs and hook up the laptop and troubleshoot the ladder logic
-Repair and install textile industry machines such as injection mold machines, grinders, bale openers, sheet formers, and band saws
-Mechanical repairs very little but would include PM, teardowns, bearings, belts, and shafts
-Experience with 480v and 240v, 3 Phase
-Ability to lead 2 plants with differentiating cultures
-Mechanical and electrical experience
-Troubleshoot PLC, no programming experience needed
-no degree required
-Looking for a challenge of a new facility
-Experience with Allen Bradley or Siemens
