Our client, a Technology Company, in Fishers, IN has asked us to help them find a Customer Support Specialists to join their growing team. Our associate will provide technical computer related hardware and software support to clients via phone and email. Are you technically savvy? Do you love software and have a great customer service attitude? If you have always wanted to or have built your own computer you might like this role.

Experience that will put you at the top of the list for consideration includes:

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with high attention to details and time management skills.
• Confident & Knowledgeable in products and software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for answering phones and interacting with customers.
• A+ Certification preferred but not required.
