PrideStaff has an immediate Dispatcher position with our contractor client located in Golden, CO. This is a temp to hire opportunity with a small, family oriented client. This particular client will count the temp to hire hours toward benefit eligibility once you convert tho their payroll.
Job Duties:
- Receive call from clients, new and existing, and determine needs
- Communicate with technicians as to availability and progress on assignments
- Dispatch 12 - 15 technicians based on availability and client needs
- Prioritize client needs
- Add clients to database and enter data
- Prepare and proof invoices
- Send invoices
Job Requirements:
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to speak on the phone and enter data on the computer at the same time
- Very comfortable with technology including smart phones and tablets
- Able to multi-task and process information quickly
- Alphanumeric data entry skills
- Attention to detail
- Willing to learn
- Previous experience working in a trade helpful
- Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
