You will create process design, project implementation, diagnose process improvement opportunities, and develop solutions. You will also provide quality reporting, analysis, audits, and develop plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using a variety of applicable tools. Administer Quarterly Variable Compensation (QVC) awards for various business segments
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients
Responsible for process improvement initiatives for QVC process
Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audience
Facilitate and partner with various business segments to gain consensus and implement program changes
Create, control and improve end-to-end business processes
Create, produce and manage quarterly / monthly reporting

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in writing business and / or system requirements
1+ years of specific experience with documenting processes and practices
Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with MS Project, Access, SharePoint, or Visio
Previous experience with SQL
