This position reports to the Manager of Reporting and Analytics and works independently with minimal supervision.    Develops process improvements by utilizing technology to streamline departmental operations.  Interacts with customers to create reports and tools used to conduct/manage operations and performance. Establishes a schedule of routine reports and distribution. Provides accurate data by validating information in order to meet the customers’ requirements. Looks for opportunities to provide additional value and anticipate needs.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Designs/Develops programming, maintenance, and publishing of operational reports
Provides operational analysis utilized for the management of operations and performance
Make recommendations based on analysis, and provide explanations for reporting results as needed
This position is required to build/develop and perform queries and analysis of data for Operations which includes Claims, Adjustments, Network Operations, Call Center, Prior Authorization, Quality, and Eligibility

Required Qualifications:


Direct and proven experience with and usage of:  SQL server, SSIS, and SSRS

HS diploma/GED

2+ years professional experience in report design/development and data analysis

Intermediate/Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (V-lookups, graphing, and pivot tables)

Functioning/independent level of proficiency in Power Point (creating and editing presentations), Outlook, SharePoint, Word, and instant messaging.
