The Clinical Director- Medicare & Retirement position will need to have end to end clinical business operations experience and have passion about understanding the needs of the aging population, developing population health interventions based on clinical data analysis and research on member needs and preferences  to support an aging population and their caregivers as the navigate the second half of their lives.

Primary Responsibilities:
Will lead multiple end to end projects with a focus on aging research, population health and healthcare research
Will have operations experience
Will utilize data analytics to develop and present relevant clinical information
Will analyze and synthesize clinical data and tell the storyÂ
Will work with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
Strong communication and presentation skills are essential
Must be able to help shape and implement strategies
The successful candidate will be able to lead and to collaborate with internal and external partners and subject matter experts
The successful candidate will comfortable dealing with change, curious, open to learning and testing new ideas, committed to execution and achieving goals
Leads change initiatives and fosters changeÂ
Requirements
Required Qualifications:Â
6+ years of experience in managing cross functional end to end process projects / program governance Â
3+ years of operations experience including program development, management, experience with external clients Â
2+ years of Healthcare operations experience Â
2+ years of experience in areas of in population health, clinical research, and or healthcare research in healthcare setting Â
3+ years of experience in the analysis of large clinical data sets with the ability to synthesize in concise meaningful story and making presentationsÂ
2+ years of experience in Operations / project budget
Intermediate to advance skills with PowerPoint and Excel
Â
Preferred Qualifications:
A clinical degree; nursing, social work, social science healthcare related
