Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the office.
  • Managing employees
  • Training and monitoring the performance of employees
  • Creating and maintaining work schedules.
  • Providing excellent service to clients by answering phone calls and setting appointments
  • Maintaining professional environment for employees
  • Handling payroll, bank deposits, maintaining inventory and ordering supplies

Experience required:

  • College education preferred.
  • Management experience helpful.
  • Ability to effectively communicate expectations to staff and create winning a team.
  • Able to communicate up-line information.
  • Competent trainer and motivator.
