-An Aftermarket Sales Manager!In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Support heavy equipment in following industries: commercial, agricultural, or construction.
  • Support International Sales for business segments down the line as Aftermarket Sales is one of the main growth pillars.
  • *The customer base is primarily a dealer network, however, they will also work with some end customers.

Coming into this position, the ASM will have the following responsibilities:

  1. Perform leadership level amongst international aftermarket sales & service team. Ensure alignmen from the perspective of the customer.
  2. Enhance Dealer Program Management. Act as point of contact for the Dealer Program: review of overall Dealer Performance.
  3. Maintain outstanding support and service levels to international customers and dealers.
  4. Manager Dealer sales and support needs by assigned terriority.
  5. Respond to customer complaints and issues timely and effectively.
  6. Review market analyses to anticipate business trends - develop plans by country, dealer, and fleet.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years experience - part sales, product support.
  • Experience with heavy equipment.
  • Experience with dealer network.
  • Technical/hands-on experience.
  • Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time.
