Responsibilities:

• Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances.
• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the production.
• Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees, or assign employees to experienced workers for training.
• Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
• Inspect materials, production service, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Request materials, supplies, equipment parts, or repair services.
• Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
• Assist in the production of cleaning service including trash, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning.
• Fill paper towel, toilet paper, and soap dispensers as needed.
• Follow all safety and personnel rules, policies, and regulations.
