Key Responsibilities include:
* Greeting and assisting community guests and visitors at front reception desk
* Answering potential residents' inquries regarding the community
* Representing community to visitors and callers in a professional courteous manner
* Answering phone calls, recording messages and directing questions to appropriate associates
* Performing administrative support tasks, including receiving and distributing mail
We seek the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
* One year previous office experience preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to multi-task; knowledge of Excel and Word
* Flexibility with schedule and able to work weekends and holidays as needed
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
