IT Project Manager - Business Services PMO - Eden Prairie, MN - Full-time / Part-time

We are currently seeking an experienced a Project Manager for our Provider Payables systems (EPS). The candidate will have a strong Project Management background, a core IT foundation and understanding in the application development and architecture arena.
Primary Responsibilities:

Lead overall IT application development engagements / projects / programs to successful completion
Own end - to - end budget accountability for program delivery around $1M
Engage with client leadership to ensure proper expectation setting
Lead matrixed PM, QA and Application Development teams to common solutions
Partner with stakeholders (internal and external to Optum) to ensure proper strategy, planning, alignment, integration and visibility
Drive consensus and decision-making with business, IT and executive management
Influence senior leaders to balance competing priorities
Maintain visibility on day-to-day activities with project teams and ensuring sufficient face-time with key executive stakeholders
Provide status reporting to internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis
Manage program financials
Mitigate risks and address program / project obstacles as needed
Lead, coach and manage

Required Qualifications:

4+ years proven track record of leading enterprise scale, complex IT Application Development projects / programs successfully
Manage and oversee Budget accountability in the $1M range or greater
Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
PMP Certification
Must be able to work in Eden Prairie, MN
Preferred Qualifications:

Health care industry experience
Agile experience beneficial
Ability to lead and influence IT matrix teams both on and off-shore
Successful in obtaining results in a large corporate (Fortune 200), heavily matrixed environment
Prior experience working for a professional services consulting firm
