Time Warner Cable currently seeks a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Specialist for our Finance Department in Bangor, ME.

PURPOSE:
Responsible for performing activities related to the day-to-day operation within the warehouse material and CPE departments. Including both BU material and supporting material initiatives/programs within the Region. The position also includes delivery and mail fulfillment responsibilities.

REPORTS TO:
Warehouse Supervisor (or other designated Supervisor)

CROSS FUNCTIONALITY:
To maintain warehouse flexibility and productivity, this position may be required to perform some or all of the duties and responsibilities of the following positions: Warehouse Specialist I Inventory Specialist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Operates various types of material handling equipment
2. Loads and unloads pallets and cartons of CPE and Materials used in daily TWC operations
3. Receives CPE and Materials against a Bill of Lading or Purchase Order validating quantities and updating CHAT or PeopleSoft inventory systems in accordance with TWC audit requirements
4. Stocks CPE and Materials in designated inventory locations and informs Management of shortages or damages
5. Ensures CPE and Materials are stored safety in designated inventory locations in accordance with TWC audit requirements
6. Processes orders and returns using inventory and billing systems (CHAT, PeopleSoft, CSG and ICOMS)
7. Processes Material Stock Requests using PeopleSoft
8. Assures Technician receipts for new/used equipment are accurate and signed by both the technician and warehouse personnel
9. Manages delivery of CPE and Materials to retail stores, off-site warehouses and/or other TWC locations as needed
10. Assists in preparing, counting and reconciling of daily, monthly and annual CPE and materials cycle counts and inventories

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provides excellent service to internal and external customers
2. Maintain warehouse area security at all times
3. Proper use and care of scanners and computers used in daily operations
4. Responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly and safe warehouse environment
5. Performs other associated duties as assigned

JOB RELATED QUALIFICATIONS:
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
1. Must possess strong customer service skills and a commitment toward internal/external customer satisfaction
2. Requires ability to process basic transactions in inventory and billing systems (CHAT, PeopleSoft, CSG and ICOMS)
3. Word and Excel experience preferred
4. Must possess strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to constructively meet and communicate with all levels of employees
5. Must possess a valid driver’s license for the state in which you reside and safe driving record
6. Must be able to gain a working knowledge of new and existing parts and products offered by TWC
7. Data entry and basic typing skills required 8. Must be able to work in a fast paced high stress environment

EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Two years of experience in a material handling environment

MENTAL DEMANDS:
1. Must be able to follow instructions and work independently
2. Must demonstrate self-motivation and ability to perform effectively in a multi-tasking environment
3. Must possess the ability to analyze and solve tactical problems
4. Requires the ability to be observant and anticipate problems

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
1. Primary work environment includes frequent standing and walking
2. Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of weights up to 75 lbs.
3. Loading, unloading and driving delivery vans and box trucks
4. Frequent typing and interfacing with computers and scanners
5. Working in warehouses, docks, outside stock yards and retail/payment centers
6. Must meet ME DOT physical requirements

HUMAN RELATIONS:
Interacts extensively with Technical Operations, Contractors, Construction, Engineering, inventory control, CPE repair providers and warehouse personnel

MATERIALS AND SPECIAL EQUIPMENT USED:
1. Computer, printer, telephone, company vehicle, forklift, pallet jack, ladders, calculator, copier, and scanning equipment
2. Ability to operate large company owned delivery and material handling vehicles which measure in excess of 24’ in length
