**Seeking 215 or 240 Licensed Agents**

Seeking licensed (215 or 240) health insurance agents for a large healthcare company in the Miami area. Ideal candidates will speak English and Spanish fluently.

Candidates will be responsible for selling health insurance products to consumers in a call center environment.

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidates speak English and Spanish fluently.
• Ideal candidates will have prior sales experience.
• Call center experience is preferred.

Job Duties:

• Support both inbound (90%) and outbound calls to Consumer prospects.
• Analyze prospect needs and match to product solutions.
• Conduct plan comparison and analysis for existing members seeking new solutions
• Determine product eligibility based on age, county, health status and customers expressed needs
• Facilitate application process; advise customers of eligibility and follow established procedures to adhere to department and federal guidelines.
• Present and explain recommended product solutions, including benefits, features, company services, operation processes; present alternatives as appropriate.
• Cross-sell ancillary products to both new customers and existing customers to increase customer wallet share and retention.

Candidates must have Flexibility to work 8 hour shifts to align the center operating hours of 8 am to 9 pm, Monday through Sunday.
