We have just secured a $100M contract with the Department of Justice (DOJ) to provide court interpreters across the United States and potentially international.
Individuals will be responsible for recruiting, screening, and on-boarding new candidates. The typical skill sets will be "Linguist" and "Translators" that will speak a variety of languages to support court hearings for the DOJ. Specific information on the job is below:
* Responsible for working with the Recruiting Manager to conduct full life-cycle recruiting
* Develops and maintains strong working relationships with applicants, operations staff and managers
* Sources multilingual candidates through Internet job boards, newspaper advertising, cold calling, attending job fairs, networking, generating referrals and other creative methods to develop candidate-sourcing strategies
* Coordinates such recruiting functions as scheduling and conducting interviews, tracking candidates and reporting on new hires
* Maintains recruiting documentation for tracking applicant processing, applicant flow, and recruiting effectiveness
* Pre-screens resumes, conducts initial interviews and evaluates candidates for referrals to hiring managers

* Operates with minimal supervision and general instructions on new assignments
