Manufacturing company in need of experienced Maintenance Technicians for immediate openings.
Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing all manufacturing equipment and machinery-including conveyors, packaging equipment, etc. Candidates will need to be well rounded mechanically and electrically inclined.
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or GED is required.
10 hour shift.
Requirements:
-Strong troubleshooter
-Mechanical and electrical maintenance
-Industrial experience (maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and machinery)
-good communication

-hands-on experience in fast paced manufacturing environment

-strong electrically & mechanically
Day to day:
- Work with plant manufacturing personnel and quality control and to ensure process and equipment is capable of producing product that meets quality and engineering standards.
- Responds to and corrects equipment stoppage/mechanical breakdown. Troubleshoots (when necessary) and repairs Electrical and Mechanical failures of production machines.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components, equipment, and machinery
- Install, adjust, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on production and all related equipment.
- Monitors and identifies poor performing instruments impacting control performance. Identify and recommend solutions to the poor performance.
- Operates machine shop equipment, hand tools, power hand tools, and makes required parts when necessary.
- Position requires ability to act as a member of a highly functioning team.
