About this job

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is primarily responsible for handling all national inbound customer reservation calls in a polite, professional and knowledgeable manner following a 'customer first' mindset. The CSR will be responsible for achieving all performance goals consistently and in accordance with set quality and performance standards. The CSR will partner with team members and leadership to share knowledge and resolve customer escalations as well as help solve system and process issues. Responsible for answering incoming reservation requests from customers, solving escalations (i.e. driver no show) answer general questions and requests for information supporting national multi-city taxi services.
+ Ensures reservations and customer information is gathered and 'accurately' entered into the reservations system and that calls are completed in a timely yet customer friendly manner.
+ Ensure all performance requirements are met (i.e. Quality, Customer Satisfaction, data entry accuracy, and more).
