Job Summary: Integrity Staffing Solutions is looking for a Lead Placement Specialists in our Recruiting offices across the country. Our Placement Specialists are team players working to ensure that our applicants are placed in positions where they will be successful. Using our exclusive software, our teams walk applicants through an application process, verify eligibility to work legally, administer drug tests and place qualified applicants in positions at our client site.

Placement Specialists are efficient, follow process closely and enjoy challenges. They are very comfortable speaking with diverse populations, are technically savvy and professional in demeanor and speech.
The Placement Specialist is responsible for providing the applicant with all essential information they will need to be successful on their job assignment. This position is very fast-paced and requires applicants to be focused on our candidate pool for duration of an 8 to 12 hour shift.

Essential Functions:
• Greet applicants with enthusiasm and professionalism, making them feel relaxed, welcomed, and valued.
• Communicate with the applicant all pertinent information regarding the assignment, to include policies, expectations, and requirements of the client.
• Ensure that all processes are completed within the interview, including administering the oral drug test, collecting information such as ID and education, completing an I9 to verify work authorization.
• Ensure that each applicant knows all of the necessary details for their assignment and has the opportunity to have any and all questions answered.
• The LEAD may have responsibility to open/close our Recruiting Office in the absence of Recruiting Manager
• The LEAD may be have responsibility to schedule staff lunch breaks, provide feedback to staff at times
• The LEAD may escalate certain candidate specific needs to be placed on client orders
• The LEAD may follow up on contact requests from employees/candidates
• The LEAD may be responsible for some order management in our Workforce System

Basic Qualifications:
• 2-3 years customer service experience (preferably in a script-based environment like an outbound call center)
• High-level comfort using web-based software as well as peripherals like webcams and scanners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work extended hours and/or weekend hours to meet business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate degree or higher
• 1-2 years Human Resources background in hiring, employment eligibility or ADA
